Exciting News – A New Venue for the 2025 CAJPA Annual Conference!

We are thrilled to announce that the 2025 CAJPA Annual Conference will take place at the beautiful Monterey Conference Center in Monterey, California. Attendees will enjoy accommodations at our host hotels: the Portola Hotel and Spa, the Monterey Marriott, and the Hotel Pacific.

Room rates and availability details are provided below. Room blocks tend to fill up quickly and may sell out before the cutoff date, so be sure to book your stay early to secure your spot!

ITEMS TO NOTE: The cut-off date for reservations at all conference hotels is Friday, August 15, 2025. But, get your reservations in early! Hotels tend to sell out quickly and sleeping rooms are not guaranteed to be available once rooms sell out.

All hotels will require a non-refundable deposit of one-night’s room/tax to guarantee your room.

Portola Hotel and Spa

Ideally situated adjacent to the Monterey Conference Center, Portola Hotel and Spa provides effortless convenience for conference attendees. Located in the heart of Monterey, the hotel is steps away from attractions like Fisherman’s Wharf and Cannery Row. You may receive emails regarding “discounted” sleeping rooms for the CAJPA conference. These are fishing emails and are not part of the CAJPA room block and could very well be fraudulent. The only authorized sleeping rooms for CAJPA are on the CAJPA website and advertised through emails directly from CAJPA or CAJPA staff. We have heard of various issues with booking through these bogus emails and would advise you not to engage with them or book sleeping rooms through them.
